By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you will comply with them.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Services Provided

We offer SEO audits, local SEO, ecommerce SEO, website design, copywriting, and other digital marketing services.

Services are described on our website. Specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic numbers. SEO results depend on many factors including competition, algorithm changes, and your website’s starting point.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver effective services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business, website, and goals.
Grant us access to relevant accounts (Google Search Console, Analytics, CMS, etc.) as needed to perform the services.
Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information in a timely manner (delays may affect results).
Ensure you have the right to use any content or materials you provide to us.

Payment Terms

Our fees are outlined in proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are as follows:

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and due within 7 days of invoice.
One‑time project fees are due 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and interest at 5% above the Bank of England base rate.
All fees are exclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Intellectual Property

Ownership of work delivered under our services is as follows:

All content, code, designs, and strategies created specifically for you remain your property after full payment.
We retain the right to use any non‑confidential work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our proprietary methodologies, tools, and internal processes remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that results will be achieved within a specific timeframe.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in unlawful or unethical behaviour (e.g., black‑hat SEO). Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees and return any confidential information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
